These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases products or books consultations through W6Care.

All health content on W6Care, including pregnancy guides, baby care guides, nutrition information, and wellness articles, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call 112 or visit the nearest hospital. W6Care is not liable for any health decisions made based on content found on this platform.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. False information may result in account termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All products listed on W6Care have been verified by our nutritionist team. However, individual results may vary. Product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud. Return and refund requests are governed by our Return Policy (available at w6care.com/returns).

Doctor listings on W6Care are independently practicing medical professionals. W6Care acts as a listing platform only. Any medical advice received during consultations is solely the responsibility of the individual doctor. W6Care does not supervise or guarantee the quality of medical advice given. Payment for consultations is between you and the doctor. W6Care may facilitate payment but is not a party to the medical relationship.

All content on W6Care, including text, guides, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of W6Care or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. User-generated content (reviews, forum posts) remains your property, but you grant W6Care a license to display it on the platform.

You agree not to: - Post false, misleading, or harmful content - Impersonate any person or entity - Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform - Use W6Care for any illegal activity - Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission - Share another user's personal information without consent

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, W6Care shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data or profits - Health outcomes resulting from use of information on our platform - Actions of third-party doctors, sellers, or service providers Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of W6Care after changes constitutes acceptance.
